Dr. Isaac Prilleltensky

Isaac Prilleltensky, PhD, was born in Argentina and has lived in Israel, Canada, Australia and the United States. He is Erwin and Barbara Mautner Chair in Community Well-Being and a professor of psychology and educational and psychological studies at the University of Miami, where he is also Dean of the School of Education and Human Development. He has published seven books and over 100 articles and chapters dealing with personal, organizational, and community well-being. In 2011 he received the Distinguished Contribution to Theory and Research Award from the division of community psychology of APA. He is currently developing online interventions to promote well-being in the six I COPPE domains of life (interpersonal, communal, occupational, physical, psychological, and economic well-being).
