Preetha Kamath

Preetha Kamath is a medical student from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. As Cane Academy’s first female Medical Education Student Fellow, she assisted in the production of course content, and sharing this work with others engaged in academic medicine. She served as a liaison between medical students and faculty members and worked to develop new efforts to enhance academic medical experiences for all. In 2016, as a third year medical student she presented at the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Learn Serve Lead meeting on community and service based learning programs in medical education.
